Nancy Reed

I fell in love with writing while attending Ohio Wesleyan University (Home of the Battling Bishops) in the 70s and wrote for a number of news publications before and after graduating with a degree in Journalism and Psychology.

After a 32 year detour down the paved expressway of responsibility, I am now gratefully and joyfully meandering down the dirt back roads of creativity. I have returned to writing and am hoping to have my first story published in the Summer 2014 issue of Women’s Adventure Magazine.

My partner and I currently live in Boulder, Colorado where we enjoy hiking, mountain biking and the occasional game of Cornhole or Mah Jong. Most of all, we treasure time spent with friends and family. We have recently completed two-cross country trips to explore the National Parks in our Airstream (affectionately known as “Big Lil”) and are looking forward to many more adventures to come.

I am grateful and appreciative of anyone who is interested in reading my blog and stories. I am always interested in any comments, story ideas and feedback of any kind. Thanks to all.
